Santa Cruz friends!

Mostly remote, flexible hours.

We’re hiring a part-time Project Coordinator at Sproutling & Company. Sproutling is a local growth consulting agency supporting healthcare, finance, and community organizations across the county. We bring enterprise level marketing, strategy, and operations support to businesses already doing great work.

This is a coordination role, not an assistant role. You’ll keep projects moving across several local client accounts, coordinating between our designers, our web developer, and our clients.

Some things you’d help with:
· Coordinating projects between design, development, and clients
· Scheduling meetings across multiple client accounts
· Turning meeting notes into clear next steps
· Following up with vendors, partners, and internal team members
· Posting approved content to social media
· Organizing files and building repeatable systems
· Light admin: contracts, forms, vendor coordination

This role is for you if you:
· Love organization and systems
· Keep things from falling through the cracks
· Can juggle multiple client accounts at once
· Are resourceful to find the answer yourself, and comfortable asking when you can’t
· Communicate professionally and kindly in writing
· Live in or near Santa Cruz County and have reliable transportation

Hours: 5 to 15 weekly to start, with room to grow. Monday through Thursday, between 10am and 3pm.
Location: Mostly remote. Occasional in person client meetings around the county.
Pay: $20 to $22 per hour, W-2, based on experience.
Start: ASAP
To apply: Email hello@sproutlingconsulting.com, subject line “Project Coordinator: [Your Name]”. Tell us what interests you about this role.

Hey, just a heads up, we started a partnership program for Sproutling IT!

We wanted to reward our community who refer because being generous is just what Sproutling is about. ☺️

So if you know someone who needs better IT support, you can get a referral bonus or even become a partner and get more. I mean who doesn’t want $200 to $500 for just mentioning a name.

And for strategic partners it goes deeper. You get access to my network and access to me. We brainstorm together, solve problems together, and I bring you into the community work I’m already doing like B2B events and activations. Mutually beneficial, not just a referral swap.

No sign ups/fees or anything like that. Just refer and boom!

If someone comes to mind, send them my way and tell me who connected us.

Let’s Grow!!

This isn’t an ad. It’s a promise.

I climbed the corporate mountain. Reached the top. And then I found a bigger one worth climbing …building something purposeful, here, for the community I love.

20 years. Fortune 500 companies. Global accounts. I brought all of it home, for the organizations doing real work that deserve world class strategy.

This is Sproutling & Co. And this is just the beginning.

If this resonates – share it, like it, comment, and follow along.

Sproutling & Co - Our community’s growth engine.

Allow me to introduce the Executive Team!

Willis – VP of Morale and Emotional Support. Available for cuddles at all times, never holds grudges, genuinely believes everyone is doing a great job.

Mykonos – Chief Napping Officer & Senior Advisor of Doing Absolutely Nothing. Technically present. Occasionally falls over. Beloved anyway. Also where did they find such a large dog.

Mojo – Independent Contractor. Not an employee. Has never been an employee. Accepts pets and treats but answers to no one. Self-managed, self-directed, will invoice you later.

Sproutling & Co. is very excited to introduce SproutlingIT!!

This didn’t start as an “IT idea.”

It started because we kept watching good people do great work… while technology quietly made their days harder than they needed to be.

Email issues. Access problems. Security worries. Systems that technically work but don’t feel calm to use.

We believe technology should support people, not distract them from their work or create unnecessary stress.

So we built Sproutling IT for Santa Cruz County businesses that want:

• Clean, reliable systems
• Clear communication
• Local support from people who show up
• No fear-based selling
• No bloated contracts

We work with local businesses, healthcare organizations, and professional firms who are growing and need their systems to grow with them.

Looking forward to working with you!

Fun fun riding times with mi amigo Roberto! Trail conditions were reeeaal nice. We spent a fair amount of time climbing things we were supposed to be descending, but it was still a fun lil jam 🚲🎉
