ICE agents in Memphis use the local "Halo Law" to hide from accountability. Peaceful observers are required to stay 25 feet away from any officer. So, one agent will hold observers back far enough so they can't witness and document what the rest are doing to their immigrant neighbors.

Today, I filed a lawsuit against the Village of Broadview to send a message that our entire country is a free-speech zone. They can't keep protesters corralled into a small "protest zone." I already won my prior lawsuit, which ended the government’s restrictive protest curfew. I'm standing up for my fellow protesters so we can all stand against ICE. SHARE this video if you're with me!
