ROBIN DINO DOO

SANAA GOLDIE
Sanaa Goldie (b. 1990, Cologne, Germany) is a multidisciplinary artist working across
painting, sculpture, and video projection. With a background in fashion and costume design
for film, her practice shifted from constructing identities through clothing to revealing
emotional and psychological landscapes through paint. Working primarily with acrylic and oil,
Goldie creates immersive worlds charged with sensuality, vulnerability, and emotional
tension. Her paintings often depict bodies suspended within fluid, shifting spaces where
intimacy, desire, restraint, and transformation coexist. Influenced by dreams, water, and
subconscious states, her work blurs the line between emotional memory and imagined
realities. Through vibrant oceanic blues, pinks, and purple hues, Goldie uses colour and
body posture as emotional language, allowing tension, tenderness, desire, and intensity to
surface beyond words.

Unverschämt! names the moment someone crosses the line of what’s “appropriate”—and also what’s excessively, almost offensively good (unverschämtes Glück): a pleasure that refuses to shrink.

Shame as control. Audacity as taking it back. Presence without apology.

The exhibition explores how provocation in queer life becomes a strategy—of survival, belonging, and reclaiming the body from politeness.

Robin Dino Doo (b. 1988) (he/him) @robindinodoo

“Robin Dino Doo is a French artist based in Marseille. His painting explores the unstable threshold between humanity and animality, revealing carefully constructed visceral scenes. His figures—chimeras, hybrids or post-human bodies — evolve in environments that seem both intimate and disturbing, where perception and projection tend to dissolve. In his works, the body becomes a site of ongoing transformation. The malleable flesh is stretched, it bends and sometimes leaks, as if it were unable to completely contain what lies underneath. Through distortions, masks and transmutations, identity is made unstable and fragmented, fluid and in constant transformation. These paintings are characterized by the way they invite the viewer into an encounter that resists understanding, while also displaying relations of dominance, erotic tension, and an eerie atmosphere. Here, familiar forms, bodies, and environments begin to feel unstable and uncertain.” (text from the artist)
