What a revolutionary weekend at Lachat’s circa 1776 Godfrey Tavern! Our patrons sang, stomped, cheered, ate & drank and were quite merry!
We are so grateful to Gruel Britannia for providing the delicious colonial era vittles, and to Ian Moore for his fine fiddling! And, of course, to our wonderful & talented Westonites for collaborating on this program, part of Weston’s celebration of America 250. Special thanks to Carol Baldwin for organizing these memorable evenings at the Godfrey Tavern. @gruelbritannia @westonct250 photos by @bruceplotkinphotography

In all my years of following Ani, not sure I ever expected to see Craig Melville in the front row. (Used to be chicks with mohawks.) I guess that’s what happens when Lindsay Czarniak hosts the convo. Thanks to @westportlibrary for a good vibes evening with the person who wrote the soundtrack to my teens and 20s

Another scandalous murder took place in Old Darienwich—on the Ides of March, no less! But fortunately the savvy crowd @thegranitechurch solved the crime…just in time! ‘Twas Bailey with the steam cleaner on the beach who slayed the mayor to wrest power over the quaint town! #murdermystery #murdermysterydinner #comedyimprov #comedyimprovisation #localtheatre
