🏆 GAME BREAKER SPORTS COACH OF THE WEEK 🏆

KJ Pearce

Head Coach
Robinson HS

Going from 1-9 in 2025 to district champions in 2026, Coach KJ Pearce and the Robinson Knights have put together a turnaround worth recognizing. Coach Pearce has helped change the direction of this program, and the results show what can happen when a team buys into the vision and puts in the work. Turning things around like this takes leadership, accountability, and commitment from everyone in the building. What makes this season special is the response.

Robinson didn’t let last year define them, they came back ready to compete and put themselves in position to win a district championship. Coach Pearce deserves recognition for the impact he’s made on this team and the culture being built at Robinson. Hats off to a great accomplishment Robinson. Congratulations KJ Pearce, you’re our Game Breaker Sports Coach of the Week!

🏆 GAME BREAKER SPORTS PLAYER OF THE WEEK🏆

Luby Jones

Berkeley Prep
Class of 2027
Running Back

Luby Jones is on a heater right now, In his last 3 games he has run for over 500 yards and 4 TDs for the Berkeley Prep Buccaneers. His 214 yard performance lead to a dominating victory vs Calvary Christian..

Jones is almost over 1000 yards with 2 games left plus the playoffs. Berkeley has faced some tough competition this year which makes his numbers even more impressive

Jones should go over 1500 yards if he stays on his current pace and that will definitely help the Bucs as they get ready for another deep playoff run..

WOOHOOO GAMES‼️

The narrative in South Tampa is shifting, and it’s happening fast.
With a decisive 34-19 victory tonight, the Robinson Knights extended their record to 5-2, remaining flawless in district play. For a franchise—and a program—that endured grueling back-to-back campaigns of 2-7 in 2024 and 1-9 in 2025, tonight’s result isn’t just another win; it’s a statement.
Under this rejuvenated squad, the offense has hit its stride, regularly hanging 20 to 30-plus points on the scoreboard. The turnaround has been swift, physical, and unmistakable.
Now, the central question surrounding this team heading into the stretch run: Can the Knights punch their ticket to the postseason for the first time since 2023?
