From the winter of 2019 to March 2020 I worked closely with Franz to create many of the custom pieces he wore in “What You Seek”.

His plaid suit with snaking Swarovski crystals with a ‘new look’ silhouette, the flowing chiffon capes & robes, and the red velvet dress that complimented a sculpted a gold chest piece of his own creation. On-set I took on the creative challenge of live draping the statuesque otherworldly muses, draping my own interpretation of Grecian dress.

Extra thank you to Peggy & Wendy who helped me finish the hand sewn crystal detailing, and @reylia.slaby who during her trip away from Japan, joined me on set and assisted me with wardrobe

I’m so proud of what this whole team created, eternally amazed by Franz’s ability to bring new realities to life, and deeply grateful I could be a part of part of this world of creation ❤️

Had fun shooting this one on a jib/dolly/gimbal combo and atlas anamorphics. This setup required a bit of planning as I wanted to achieve a tracking shot in but time constraints didn’t allow us to move the jib and camera onto track so I had to make plans and use what we had in the moment to get the shot. This one was a labor of love for everyone involved as we all worked long hours on set and contributed as much as we could in post where we could! Proud of the team on this one making it work for what we had!

Filmed in early March of this year.

Happy 5th anniversary to the Cirice music video by @thebandghost an incredibly special video as it was the song they won a Grammy for, also features tons of great cameos by many ghost fans in the crowd. @roboshobo did a fantastic job directing the video as a great ode to classic horror.
