Rain + Two Absolute Hammers = Epic Fishing! Eric Noguchi & Mike Harris stomped ‘em. A little slow out the gate, but a recheck on something we left earlier decided to go bananas, and so did the boys. Well over five limits using only fast moving reaction baits and a deck full of stoke! Thank you so much @pescadormiguel225 for putting this trip together.

When @roboworm_official came out with the new additions to the line up earlier this year, I knew exactly where and when I needed the new PINK LEMONADE color…and that was at Smith Mountain Lake in the fall.
.
Original thought was for smallies, but the largemouth loved em! Most of my fish that weekend were on the new Pink Lemonade! 💪🏼🩷🍋

We got on em 1st stop and stayed on ‘em the whole trip with Mark and Steve today. Epic fishing, tweaking a couple different techniques in order to keep the @irodfishing rods bent. These two were awesome and it was like fishing with old friends. Thank you boys, hope to see you again soon.

In fishing, sometimes you have to make adjustments. I saw quite a few boats fishing this area. The water was relatively clean. I knew these fish were highly pressured by the time I got there. I figured I’d make an adjustment by pulling out my @phenixrods K2 drop shot rod. It’s rigged with one of my favorite new @roboworm_official colors- MM411. Proud to say it’s a color I designed. It flat out catches them!

Check them out at @copperstatemarinetackle or @baits.com_
