30 Years, 10 Pubs & Restaurants and a Lot of Happy Memories!

Here’s a birthday worth raising a glass to! 🥂

Our lovely friends and Enjoying Norfolk partners, Anglian Country Inns, are celebrating 30 years in hospitality 🎉

It all began back in 1996 with a rather tired little pub on the North Norfolk coast called The Lobster Pot. One family renovation, a name change and plenty of locally caught seafood later, The White Horse at Brancaster Staithe was back in business.

Fast forward three decades and that one pub has grown into a family of ten award-winning pubs and restaurants, all built around a simple idea: good food, good people and good times.

And we reckon they’ve delivered rather nicely on that front 💅

There are birthday celebrations (and a few surprises!) coming over the next couple of months, including a special throwback menu in November.

So here’s to Cliff, James, Howard, Rob and Fran and all the brilliant people who’ve made Anglian Country Inns what it is today. Happy 30th! 🥂

Now, over to you: which Anglian Country Inns pub or restaurant is your favourite, and what’s your best memory of visiting?

A bit of no comfort here, but even the situation like this goes away and the lessons stay. Is that right? @robwilli @whitehorsebranc
