☢️ Zak Bagans, the paranormal investigator and longtime host of “Ghost Adventures,” just bought one of the strangest homes in Las Vegas for $4.55 million. Hidden nearly three stories beneath an otherwise ordinary house is a 16,000-square-foot Cold War bunker designed to feel like its own underground world, complete with painted skies, fake landscaping, a swimming pool, and lighting that changes to mimic different times of day. Bagans plans to turn the property into a museum open to the public.

Meet Ling (pictured left), who we had the privilege of representing as both a buyer and seller in the scenic Lake Las Vegas. Ling and her husband achieved their dream of swapping one stunning lakeside view for another, and we’re thrilled to have been part of their journey!

Hi! I wanted to connect on behalf of @gnarcy.ambs. We've got some totally cool jewelry lined up, and I reckon you'd be the ideal candidate to rock our latest collection of tough accessories!

If you're up for it, we'd love to hook you up with three pieces on the house! Yup, you read that right – absolutely FREE!

Just shoot a DM over to our main account @gnarcy.ambs, and our guy Shawn will sort you out pronto! But hey, don't sleep on it – spots are filling up fast, and we'd hate for you to miss out on the action! Cheers, mate! 🤙
