A beautiful @brazilian_circuit_training session — strength, balance, mobility and a whole lot of good energy.

Love seeing everyone show up for themselves. 🧘‍♀️✨

I keep meaning to post but sometimes it is hard to find the words. Last night, we celebrated Eid with our dear friends and today I have felt so grateful. I choose to focus on the good. The good moments and the joy these people bring to each other.

I truly believe a large part of the world has forgotten what true humanity is. What we can learn from those who aren't exactly the same as us. There is a beautiful world out there full of amazing people. This is what we should be focusing on. So...

Even in this surreal time, as we face daily uncertainty and missile threats here in Dubai, what grounds us is the love and support of our community. People from every background, faith, and culture have chosen to stay and stand together. In these moments, I’m reminded that embracing our differences, and seeing each other as humans first, is the most important act of resilience. Let’s keep choosing love over fear, and let’s keep learning from one another.

Keep the prayers coming but if I can ask one thing. Challenge yourself to actually see someone who is different from you. Listen. Learn. Celebrate. Love. You will be pleasantly surprised. And maybe, just maybe, we can give our next generations a more beautiful world.

My heartfelt letter from Dubai.

Here's your sign to take the group trip! Get to know your kid's friend's parents and go. Book the trip. Get on the cruise. Try the food. Dance into the night. Make the memories. You won't regret it.

Edinburgh, Scotland gave us total Harry Potter vibes. There was something very mystical and enchanting about it.

We visited during the Fringe Festival so it was very busy but I would have liked to see every show available. As always...I needed more time. Until next time Edinburgh...

My birthday was two weeks ago but most everyone has trickled back to Dubai after summer now and last night we celebrated.

Is this a group birthday picture to remember an amazing night? Yes! But I see so much more here. This is a group of amazing ladies from Canada, Romania, Cuba, UK, United States, Lebanon, Egypt, Pakistan, Morocco, Laos, India and Serbia. We have all come from different places, opportunities, religions and upbringing but we choose to celebrate life together. That is so very special to me. I wish the world could show as much love for eachother as I feel when I am with these ladies.

Thank you for celebrating me and loving me! It was a night to remember for sure.
