More than movement. It’s about creating spaces where people connect, grow, and feel part of something bigger. 🖤

Special thanks to @pilatesxleia for bringing the Pilates experience and @lululemon for sponsoring our water bottles.🧑🏾‍🦲🤞🏾

The impact goes beyond the workout. ✨

Thank you to everyone who also supported @zestiagreekstreetfood and @ontheroxx.mobilebar

With God as our shepherd, we can trust that we are cared for, guided, and never alone. His presence gives us a place to rest and a home that lasts forever. 🤍

Thank you @ellarosegoetz for reminding us of this truth and leading us in such a meaningful time of worship.

Stay focused on the mission ✝️

Our job is to keep our eyes fixed upwards rather than facing the world. Our feelings and emotions will fluctuate, but that’s where having faith in the unknown comes into play, and continuing to put one foot in front of the other 💪🏼

Our past doesn’t define us 🙌🏼

A lot of times there is a preconceived notion about some Christian’s that they’ve always lived a “perfect life”, but everyone has their mistakes and life experiences. The bursary of human nature is that we are flawed, and sometimes we do stupid things. But that’s what can bring a community together, knowing that we can all relate to one another.

Intentional conversations >

Not all conversations will have an end goal - like small talk for example - but higher level conversations must have a final result. Whether that be good or bad news, it has to happen, or else nobody learns anything or grows in any way. Be intentional with conversations.

Life is full up ups and downs.📈📉

Good things happen, bad things happen… it’s just how life goes. Our job is to cherish each moment and reflect on them to see how we can learn from them. What can we take from this event so I can apply it to my life for the better?

Live with integrity ❤️

You know the saying… do the right thing even when nobody is watching. And don’t second guess yourself! Help that person pick up the spilled mess! Hold that door open for the lady who walks slow! Be a good person :)

Pausing is powerful ⏸️

People love sharing their thoughts before they even think through them. Become friends with silence so you can observe conversations to the fullest.

Care for others 🫂

This world is just go, go, go… me, me, me… try your best not to fall into that. Be there for each other. Love one another. Trust others. Inspire others. Encourage others. We’re all in this together🙌🏼
