We live in a world we want to protect, and reducing food waste will help us do so. 🌎 This week we’re recognizing Food Waste Prevention Week, a national campaign to raise awareness about the importance of reducing food loss and waste. 🍎 We asked some fifth grade students from Rockdale Elementary to share why they believe composting and recovering food through cafeteria Share Carts is important. We loved hearing their responses and feel inspired by their words of wisdom. Why do you think food waste awareness is so important? ♻️
