🎮 PAX AUS 2026 – WELCOME HOME! 💜

Three days, thousands of gamers, incredible indie games, unforgettable moments and approximately 754 bubble teas later… PAX Aus 2026 is officially in the books! 🎮✨

This year was a particularly special one for me. From co-hosting two Aus Indie Showcase panels to watching my son experience his very first PAX, it's a weekend I'll be talking about for a long time.

I've finally put my thoughts into words, and my TWO PAX Aus 2026 reviews are now LIVE on KateFearGaming.com! 🖤

🕹️ PAX Aus 2026: My Event Review – The games, exhibitors, indie showcases, atmosphere, highlights and a few things I'd love to see improved next year.

💜 PAX Aus 2026: Welcome Home – A more personal look at what PAX means to me, the people who make it special and the moments that remind me why I love this community so much.

I've included the good, the not-so-good and everything in between, all from my own experience!

✨ Swipe through for my quick verdict, then head to the LINK IN MY BIO to read both reviews in full!

Whether you attended PAX this year or followed along from home, I'd love to hear from you!

Your next travel essential? Something a little more fun than just packing your bags.

Meet CATAN: On The Road! A travel-friendly card game you can take along on road trips, weekend getaways and outdoor adventures.

Small enough to bring along, ready for a little friendly competition wherever you end up. Because who says the fun has to stop when you leave home?

Send this to the person you’d take on your next adventure… and challenge them to a game! 👀

Available at Kmart, Target, Amazon and local board game retailers.

Take a lil look at @paxaus Day 3 with me as Yuffie!

I like to spend most of my Day 3 wandering around indie games and chatting with devs! It's always so lovely to hear them talk about the games they put so much love and heart into. Hopefully some stuff coming from those chats soon, depending on audio/visual quality.

Thank you for welcoming me home always, PAX Aus!

SHUT THE FRONT DOOR!!!

Back in June just a few days before my birthday I made an announcement that I'll be hoping to get to Pax Aus this year until I drop a bombshell at the end of September that I will no longer be able to and all I did was crying during the weekend

Well guess what - I just got home from work there was a small package I opened it up and there was a message sending me thanks plus a creator badge that I was supposed to pick it up if I was there 😭

Honestly I don't deserve this I still feel like a huge let down for another year and a total failure 😔

But hopefully 2027 will be my time to shine

So a huge thanks to Rocket Comms for sending a badge over even though they didn't really have to 🥹

And a very special thanks to all you guys girls & theys for your support as I get everyone hyped up for this year's Pax 🫶🏻

Bring on 2027

Has anyone missed Pax or any convention?

And to all my friends who I met in 2022 plus those I still haven't met yet - did you miss me this year?

I came to play a board game and accidentally became part of a kaiju battle lol 🦖

King of Tokyo: Godzilla brings all the chaotic, retro monster movie vibes, with quick dice rolls, high-energy cards and one goal: become the King of Tokyo 🎲

It’s easy to learn, fun to play, and the perfect excuse to get a little competitive on game night. Swipe through to see more of the game and my thoughts (+ some dramatic poses)!

📌 Save this for your next game night inspo

Here's another one! It's Day 2 of @paxaus!

Saturday is always the busiest day, so I like to just chill out and make sure I'm hitting all the big events that happen on Day 2. And apparently a lot of pointing at things going "that's me!"

So I watched The Witcher 3: Songs of the Past panel! We got to see new gameplay and I got an exclusive pin!

If anyone knows who the flag guy is, I wanna see the journal!

A Goblin’s Guide to PAX Day 2 🏹🦖✨

My absolute highlight this @paxaus was definitely attending the Critter meet hosted by @letsrollfordragons
I met so many lovely and welcoming fellow Critters and walked away with so many silly gifts! Everyone was so sweet & it was just such a wholesome experience despite the sweltering weather 🥹

Also a massive thank you to all my wonderful friends who helped bring my Nott cosplay to life! From props and makeup advice to all the love and moral support, I couldn’t have done it without you all 🫶. Honestly getting to cosplay alongside everyone and channel the Mighty Nein’s chaotic energy together 1000% made this my favourite of all the con days!

And lastly, a huge thank you once again to @paxaus and @rocketcommsanz for having me as a creator this year! It’s been such a joy documenting all my silly adventures and sharing them with you all <3

I’m honestly very proud of how this vlog turned out! I’ve watched it like 60 times because it makes me so happy, so I hope you all enjoy watching it too ~ 🥹👉👈

I’ll see you all next drop for PAX Vlog Day 3, as Noctis from Final Fantasy XV! ⚔️👑✨

PAX Aus 2026 Day 1 recap finally dropped! I love the @paxaus weekend so much.

I always use Day 1 as my explore the con floor and scope out places day. I spent a lot of time wandering this year with fellow Malaysian @iamnostal_gia 💜

I have been so sick and busy for the last while and I finally have the energy to edit some videos! Soooo many more to come!

“Love is just a chemical. We give it meaning by choice.” ~ Eleanor Lamb

I am just so proud of myself for making this dream cosplay come true

My first ever cosplay was a little sister from Bioshock I made with my dad, I know he would be so proud of me now seeing this cosplay

Bioshock is such a meaningful game to me not only for the game itself but for the memories I have making the Adam Syringe & Eve Hypo with my dad

📸 @geofftography captured the creepiness of the big sister so perfectly, would you kindly check them out 🙂‍↕️
