🔷 PASSING + TEK
1. Player 1 at bottom of diamond plays into player at top of diamond for one touch bouncing in and outside the gate
2. Player 1 drops to receive and then plays to the right side and then it becomes passing around the diamond and follow your pass.
3. When you arrive at the top of diamond, you check in to serve for the tek player and then quickly check out once the ball starts going around the diamond.
4. Last player receiving the ball takes it on a dribble to the start and resets the exercise.
5. 60 second rounds, add variations with 1,2s or 3rd player passes

Blessed to have represented this incredible program the last 4 years. I’m extremely thankful for all my teammates, coaches, and staff who have made my time at Maryland truly special.

Thank you UMD❤️🐢
