What a week at @yourfirstmillionlive 🙌

I walked away with so much… wisdom from incredible speakers, founders, and leaders, and meaningful connections with amazing humans from all over the world….. and I even met DJ from Roseanne (I grew up on that show).

I also had the opportunity to share more about YW Global and the big moves we’re making with @drinkgemblends … and this is just the beginning.

There’s something so powerful about fully believing in your dreams, your goals, and yourself… with every ounce of your being and then watching your world start to shift right in front of you.

Grateful doesn’t even begin to cover it. Thank you @arlanwashere for bringing me into such an expansive, inspiring experience! Make sure ya’ll grab her new book Arlan’s Authority Playbook.

I just found out I was named one of the Top 100 sober influencers of 2026… and honestly, I’m a little emotional about it. @feedspotdotcom

Because if you knew the girl I used to be, you’d understand why this feels so big.

I started drinking when I was 13 years old.
For most of my life alcohol was just… part of everything. Celebrations. Stress. Coping. Numbing.

The only times I was ever sober were during my pregnancies.

I never imagined that one day I would be living an alcohol-free life… let alone sharing that journey with thousands of people online.

When I started posting about quitting drinking, my trauma, and the things I was working through… I wasn’t thinking about where it would lead.

I just needed somewhere to be honest.
Somewhere to process.
Somewhere to connect with people who might feel the same way I did.

And somehow… that honesty turned into community.

In April I’ll be 6 years alcohol-free.

For the girl who once couldn’t imagine life without drinking… that feels pretty incredible.

What started as healing for myself has turned into something so much bigger.

If sharing my story helps even one person feel less alone…

If it makes someone question their relationship with alcohol…

If it shows someone that change is possible…
then every vulnerable moment has been worth it.

I guess this journey isn’t just about sobriety anymore.

It’s about healing, purpose, and leaving a legacy. 🤍

Life update 🤍

After almost six amazing years running my nonalcoholic bottle shop + tasting bar in Pitman, I felt God nudging me to pivot — which led to Gem Blends and stepping into a new role as Co-Founder of YW Global. This chapter is stretching me in the best ways and giving me clarity on what’s next. I am so excited to grow this company!

Our storefront is transitioning back to where it all started — putting wellness, community, and connection first. Gem Life Collective will be an event + community space, YW Global HQ, and still home to a smaller but carefully curated zero-proof bottle shop. You’ll also find pop up’s like yoga, breathwork, meditation, journaling, sound healing, and more.

I’m also leaning into public speaking and corporate events, slowing down, and making more space for my family — my kids are growing so fast, and I want to be truly present.

This season feels intentional, refined, aligned… and I’m so grateful for your support on this journey!
