‘Shelley’ by @rockit_events 🪩✨🥂 Made from old snack bags, a T.V., DVDs, and an insulation sheet-because why not push it a little further, all in under one week! Inspired by last year’s trashion show robot Shelley Servo... and yes, there’s actually pieces of her tucked right into the belt and crown. A little callback! The removable overskirt is made from a TV optical polyurethane sheet, giving it that holographic shimmer that shifts as you move-kind of impossible to ignore, especially when her fairy lights are on! Shelley floats on rainbow coloured gift wrap and like a bubble feels playful, and a little chaotic. Elegy for a Wedding Dress was a wild (and demanding) ride-and I loved every second of it. It gave me the chance to build a world of my own creation and share it with all of you. Don’t miss your chance to see these stunning designs at the Revelstoke Visual Arts Centre till May 25th. We look forward to seeing you all at this years Trashion Show on April 22nd! Snap your tickets up through the Roxy or link in our bio before they are gone ✨

Introducing the Thea Dress by @rockit_events ✨ Worn by Jade Springray Gregg & made from 500 used tea bags and over 1,000 preserved maple leaves, this piece began with materials we’d usually throw away—and transformed into something alive through time, patience, and handwork. Thea is about transformation and finding beauty in the discarded. Special thanks to Sara Sansom Keri Knapp Photography! 🎫✨ Tickets now live!! Join us April 22 at the Roxy Theatre for the Trashion Show—raising awareness, creativity, and funds for local charities 🌲🌎 @rockit_events dresses on display at Revelstoke Visual Arts Centre!
