Texas Association of Student Council Advisors! Great to be back with y’all in Austin last weekend!

Appreciate all you do to help make your schools a place where everyone belongs. Really excited that your State Stuco Service project for this school year is to “Connect Beyond Limits”.

Loved being able to share as the Closing Keynote how we can multiply our efforts by equipping all staff to make belonging a priority in their classrooms - like Mrs Burkhardt did for our 9th grade English class. And to run a breakout session focused on building those positive and supportive staff relationships so vital to our school culture, our wellbeing, and our students’ academic achievement.

Great to connect with old friends and make new ones as well.

Look forward to continuing this work with you.

REMEMBER, THESE ARE PRESEASON RANKINGS! Final Rankings come out in December.

We kick off the Student Section previews with the 2026 Northeast Texas Fall Student Section Top 40 Preseason Rankings.

If you feel your student section isn’t ranked high enough or not ranked at all, let us know and we’ll keep a close eye on them. Don’t get offended or upset by preseason Rankings, just let us know.

Let us know who should get more recognition or who we should keep an eye on in 2026!
