Still another day to come to Corning NY and check out the @lego displays at @empirebrickcon in @corningmuseum Presenting the reveal of what the Sticklemeyers did when they got here. They got cousin Michael to take their picture in front of the logo outside. That would have been fine but of the Sticklemeyers never get things right and parked in the fire lane so are getting a ticket. There are also some wide shots of my display from each end. We had our world of lights after public hours and I had lights in my haunted house. #lego #afol #legomocs #legoconvention #sticklemeyers

@empirebrickcon is here!!!! I am set up and ready for the crowds. Saturday and Sunday in the Corning museum of glass @corningmuseum Here sneak peak at my Halloween collab build for @cny_bricks This and much of my pop culture monthly challenge builds from over years are on display. The Sticklemeyers are hoping to get some selfie shots in front of the museum’s logo outside (see pic 3). Will they succeed? Bonus pic is the glass minifigure made by a glass artist last year that is also on display. Try to find it in the museum if you come. #lego #afol #legoconvention #empirebrickcon26 #legomocs

Now that @brickuniverseofficial is over here is the full reveal of my display. My two main tables and some extras with the @cny_bricks stuff. I added a gold peg to each of the scales to better show where the linkage is. Sadly I did not win people’s choice award but my friend @langsterbuilds deservedly did with his massive batcave Videos coming soon here and maybe a fancy one on YouTube #lego #afol #brickuniverserochester #lindbrookebrae #moclandia

The Sticklemeyers are heading out on another adventure. They heard about this cool place called @corningmuseum in Corning NY. The museum is hosting a @lego convention called @empirebrickcon put on by @empirebricksny and @roclugny . This second annual event will be October 17th and 18th and the Sticklemeyers are making the trip to check it out. This poor family has a tendency of accidentally getting into trouble but hopefully this trip is uneventful. See you all at the museum in October 👋 #lego #afol #legoconvention #roadtrip #legoadventures

Looking through pics and realized I never posted some of these from Brick Universe in Rochester, NY. MOC of the 106 year old (as of 2026) Jack Rabbit from Seabreeze Park here in Rochester. It's built using a LOT of Lego & Duplo, and several CoasterDynamics CDX Blocks Cyclone sets. Overall size is 101" long, 30" deep, 22" tall, and has a total track length of 24ft. Even at that size, it's about 1/3 minifig scale. True minifig scale wouldn't fit in my house or my bank account 😂. I don't have an exact count but it's in the ballpark of 30,000 pieces and took over 400 hours to build from scratch. The only real "plan" was using Lidar data from the NY State GIS website to lay out the terrain as accurately as possible, since the coater was specifically designed to fit the site terrain and it's a critical aspect IMO.

Maersk Batman Logo! This past weekend I participated in the Corn Hill Arts Festival with @roclugny! Part of our display was a Maersk themed table utilizing parts sent to us by @lego to create an interactive display for the public! My contribution was this very simple brick built Batman logo 😂 there will be a post on the @roclugny account showing off more of what this display was about in the coming days!
