Welcome to Greece 🇬🇷 where the number of olive trees competes with the number of people! Olive oil is one of Semina’s treasured ingredients and Greece is the home of some of the best olive oil found on the planet. Crystal blue waters, and fresh food make it a beautiful place to visit.

"Walk along West 116th Street in Harlem and you may hear Wolof spoken on the sidewalk, smell thieboudienne drifting from a doorway, and see a tailor turning bright wax print fabric into a flowing boubou. This stretch has a name: Little Senegal. 🇸🇳

Beginning in the 1980s and growing through the 1990s, immigrants from Senegal and other West African countries settled along this part of Harlem. They opened tailor shops, restaurants, grocery stores, and mosques, and created a place where newcomers could find a familiar meal, a job lead, and a friendly face. 🧵

Today, Little Senegal is woven into the larger story of Harlem, a neighborhood that has welcomed so many people building new lives. The fabrics, food, and faith that line 116th Street are a living reminder that New York's immigrant history is still being written every day. 🍲

Have you ever eaten at a Senegalese or West African restaurant in Harlem, and what dish would you recommend?

Don’t let those fancy teacups fool you…we were getting buzzed off the brandy infused honey and our Afropunk tea.

Thank you to @rococodesignursallie for being such a beautiful business neighbor and friend.

You have gone out of your way to create experiences for the community that always integrates some @brooklyntea. Whether it’s candle making, pumpkin floral making, or perfume making classes, we know we can count on your guests becoming our guests too.

We truly are fortunate to be on Lewis Avenue in Bedstuy with you.

P.S. If you’re in the neighborhood stop by for some tea and grab a gift at @rococodesignursallie
