We wanted to practice ELR out to 2miles, enjoy great accomodation, homie steaks, a bottle of red, and run around the facility in comfort with offroad vehicles @polarisorv. We also wanted to try a few other ELR rifles like the @victrix_armaments #408cheytac @cadexdefence #50bmg, load some ammo, shoot some and enjoy the comfort of a properly done estate. Doug had all the good stuff ready, picked me up and we set off for 2 days of ELR. We flew in from Europe to @dmrresort to learn more. Follow our journey here from there to Raton New Mexico. 🔥

Huge congratulations to Chris Battison and Rod Formosa on their 12th place finish at King of 1 Mile France in Canjuers! 🇫🇷

Chris behind the rifle. Rod on glass.
An incredible shooter/spotter combination that stayed composed and battled through one of the toughest environments in ELR.

Proud to see RailFeet on Chris’ rifle out there competing against some of the best shooters in the world. And huge respect to Rod — great spotting like that doesn’t happen by accident. 👏

Also, special thanks to Chris for sharing these moments from the match with us.

This is what the ELR community is all about 🌍🔥

Preparation never stops 🎯

Chris Battison of @desa_academy and Rod Formosa of @rifletalks & @extreme_shot_italia putting in work ahead of the King matches in Canjuers, France.

Hours on the line, reading conditions, refining setups, and chasing consistency — that’s what it takes at this level 🌍🔥

Always good seeing great shooters preparing for the next challenge.
