I put my trust in Him so I have the courage to see through what He puts before me.

Through conviction, I’m guided.

Through conversation, we create a bridge to connect.

And that’s the baseline of every session. A space to build understanding on how we’re cutting through the themes we’re experiencing.

If this landed with you, let’s open it up for discussion!

It’s direction for you to move in alignment with what you know.

It’s a reminder “to know is to know that you know nothing at all.”

It’s perspective for how to cultivate grace for where you are, how you got there and what it takes to stay grounded.

It’s clarity for how to extend that same grace to others in connection with you.

It reaffirms your power is in what you can control—

While making space for what and who meets you there.

Being able to identify with the ideal version of yourself is a blessing.

The real work is holding yourself accountable to living in alignment with it.

That’s what happens when you decide what’s non-negotiable — and stand on it.

Drop a 🔒 if you’re locking in on what you’re no longer willing to compromise!

The proof you can handle what’s here and what’s to come is in what you’ve already overcome.

That’s your currency.

Each time you lean on your experiences, you’re making a deposit into your self-trust fund.

That interest compounds—quietly, consistently—until you need a reminder of who you are.

If this resonates with you, drop an “I am” statement in the comments to affirm your power!

The 2023 Linden Recreation Basketball League Coach of The Year Award be awarded to coach Gino Ciceron of Rider. This a special one because this is coach Gino’s first time winning the award, he has been climbing up the coaching ranks & it showed this season. Under his leadership his players came to play & were a scary underdog team to face every week.

We really got to see his coaching prowess on full display once the playoffs started, Rider came in as a underdog #5 seed & made it all the way to the championship game following the biggest win of the year in the semifinals against the #1 seed Monmouth. Congrats to coach Gino on winning the award, we are looking forward to having him back for the 2024 season !!!!
