Another season comes to an end here in Montana and Idaho. Thank you so much to all those who fished with me again, or for the first time! It was a summer I’ll never forget. A lot of changes here in Yellowstone Country, friends moving on, a good friend lost too soon, watching the New York Knicks win their first championship in my lifetime. Special shout out to @bigskyanglers for sticking with me all these years. Thank you to @skwalafishing for the support and bad ass gear! And of course thanks to all my fellow guides and friends who help and support me on and off the water. See y’all next year!

On a full-day drift, it’s always great to step out of the boat for a few casts to work a deep hole that you know holds big, strong fish.
