Eleonora Pasti - Rage is My Muse (upstairs)- Symbiosis a Living Field by Janaki Peart and Fred Braat (groundfloor) Rogue Pop-Up Gallery

An intimate exhibition about grief and rage, about old objects transformed, textiles reinvented, and fragments given new forms. Intentional.

At the artist talk, her words touched me deeply. She spoke of smashing plates with a hammer, explaining that she wasn’t interested in their original form.

I guess some things gain a different meaning after being broken and put back together again.
I wonder whether grief shapes form or gives it an entirely new meaning. Does grief reinvent itself with time? Can something broken become something else without losing the memory of what it once was?

This exhibition is not about death.

🎨 Putting artists first: Diane Larter’s Rogue Pop Up Gallery

What makes a gallery truly artist-focused? For Diane Larter, it’s simple: give artists the space to create, opportunities to exhibit and make sure they get paid.

Her advice to art buyers? “Buy what you like. You only live once. Just do it!” ❤️
