Flashback to almost 2 weeks ago when I got to see some of my sister friends at out old stomping grounds #ASU. It’s rare to find a group of friends that love you for you, flaws and all. No judgement no competition, just love, support, and oh so much laughter. Love my girls. .

Say what? Beautiful ladies, strike your pose! Thank you Aveanie for putting our photo shoot together. We are trendsetters and making a positive impact in our community. It was great to see everyone. Until the next time we meet again... 🤩😇#arizonastateuniversityalumni #sundevils #ncnw

#socialrootsattitude was more than I ever imagined. It was an AMAZING experience. Over 100 BLACK WOMEN, ages 15-90, breaking cycles, addressing generational curses, talking about suicide prevention, postpartum depression, HIV/Aids, sex education, self-care, meditation, music and art therapy, and so much more. We laughed, we cried, we drummed, we were vulnerable and open to the space that Roicia Banks created for US. Black doctors and clinicians encouraged us to advocate for ourselves and each other. @socialrootsllc is on a mission to empower our communities, disrupt dysfunction and educate us on our mental and emotional health needs. #missionaccomplished and this is just the beginning. @roicia Thank You for choosing me as your Host/Emcee and trusting me to carry out your vision.

Last Sunday I celebrated my move back to NY in true Black Girls Brunch Style! We laughed, we drank champagne and toasted to my next adventure and of course I cried. Listening to the women share their love of the Brunch, how my small idea had such a large impact in their lives truly warmed my heart. Thank you to the @thelolaaz for hosting us!
