Two Sundays, two pop-up classes, and a little something for everyone!

SUNDAY 25/10 + 1/11
📍 Rokh Fit

4:30PM | POLE PILATES
A little strength, a little stretch and a whole lot of movement. Think Pilates with a pole twist, combining strength, control and fluid movement.

5:30PM | EMBODIED FLOW
Slow, slinky, feel-good movement. An opportunity to explore, connect with your body and get lost in the music.

Come for one or stay for both. Bring your girlies or come solo, everyone’s welcome
