This EP came from a place I didn’t know how to look at directly, I found myself doing so much reflecting without any growth. Making these songs came effortlessly after months of therapy sessions and coming to know what it really takes to grow. This project is about my dad and I — the distance, the ways I see him in myself, the heartache as well as my appreciation.

After learning who he was, guilt was the best way I could describe how I felt. I knew he didn’t deserve the feelings that I had for him at the time but I didn’t know how to navigate them. These songs are a reflection of that process.
