I recently challenged myself to seek out kindness in every situation towards other people because there isn’t enough kindness in the world.

Come and donate blood to save a life ON 28TH OF JULY AT MURI OKUNOLA PARK. You are a superhero not because you wear cape but because you give life by giving blood. ONE PINT OF BLOOD CAN SAVE THREE LIVES.
