It’s all about making sure your Student voice drives conversations and decision-making. Together we are building a stronger, sustainable, and more inclusive future for the 2026-2027 and beyond, and we’re just getting started. ✊🏼

As a child in the foster system, it was often expected of me to be seen and not heard. In reality, due to neglect and abuse, I learned to avoid being seen at all.

As an adult, I claim space and encourage others to do the same. Together, RCCD students, let us step into our power.

I strive for a campus environment where students aren't just surviving, they're thriving!

In the end, this is what it's all about. It's the 1st time I get to share the fruits of my labor with my family. Thanks to everyone who was able to come out and all the special messages rcvd. I would have never thought that as a young 26 years old wife and mother of three, I would ever end up in a career that involves construction. My family is my strength, my reason for really giving it my all every day, they are my life. I love you all so much.
