What do you mean I’m an upperclassman?

just about this time last year, I got news that would change my life. My dream school, Siena Heights, closing down. About a week after that happened if you would’ve asked me if I was doing all right I would’ve said it’s a shitty situation but oh well. Little did I realize how much would actually change in the nine months after that. Dealing with ridiculous amounts of anxiety and depression throughout the entire year I somehow managed to come out on the other side(40lbs lighter). If I’ve learned anything this year, it really is just living in the present and rolling with the punches. Adulting sucks.

oh yeah, if you’re reading this, you got this. I believe in you if I can make it out, you can too.

So incredibly grateful for our Greek Week committee—Rolen, Liberty, Sophia, and Derek. Months of hard work, planning, and dedication truly paid off, and it showed in every single moment. We put ourselves out there and tried multiple new events this year. Some came with some bumps in the road, and others could not have gone better. You all truly took every challenge as an opportunity. The feedback has been amazing, and it wouldn’t have been possible without each of you giving it your all.

Congratulations to our own committee members, Derek Shott and Liberty Lake on winning two outstanding awards at this years banquet. Derek walked away with Greek Man of the Year, and Liberty walked away with New Member of the Year. These were both so incredibly deserved.

A special thank you to our advisor, Sam Bird, for supporting us and helping turn our ideas into something unforgettable. We appreciate you more than you know! 💛
