⛵🛠️⚖️ We are dropping the keel on Rumour soon. It's crucial that the mast be pulled from the boat first to avoid a situation where the boat is top-heavy in the stands, which could be.... catastrophic 😱 The mast and shrouds create down pressure at the base of the mast, which could also deform the hull ever so slightly, creating a situation where the keel bolts bind through the holes in the keel stub and hull. Whoever said working on boats is easy probably didn't spend much time working on boats

Starting the year off right - New Years Day drive and picnic in the Delta! My old pal Dean was co-pilot - the Crosley was the oldest AND smallest displacement car on the trip, but happy to say it ran like a champ!

We’re back from Ventura Nationals and what a blast we had! We displayed @rolfejames ‘s 36’ Ford Pick up cab with tons of metal done to it. It sports a 34’ Ford side cowl or door jams. The stock 36’ doors were extended and rounded off to flow with the new jams. It’s chopped and sectioned, new firewall, new cab corners with a new rear driveshaft panel and of course functional suicide doors. Enjoy! @rolfejames @hopupmagazine @ventura_nationals

When Denver icon Ronnie Crawford turns 80, people come out of the woodwork for it.

@rolfejames flew in from San Francisco for the event, and although he and I haven’t seen each other for over 20 years ( second pic), it was like no time had passed.

Ronnie has been a leader in the vintage and counterculture scene in Denver since the mid 70s with his relevant stores Rudely Decadent, American Aces and finally American Vogue.

Any hipster, skater, goth, rockabilly or scenester kid worth their salt went to buy gear at his stores. Then, after the stores were gone, he mixed our drinks at the Skylark Lounge for another couple decades.

We are all lucky to have him, he has shaped the Denver scene and is still at it. Happy 80th Ronnie!🥳
