We’re so happy to introduce @renataguedes_____ , who will be joining us at Roll&Relax – March 2026 🇧🇷

Renata is a Brazilian black belt in Jiu-Jitsu, bringing years of dedication, discipline, and deep body awareness into everything she does. Alongside her martial arts journey, she also shares her passion for yoga, and she’ll be guiding our yoga sessions during the retreat.

Her unique combination of strength, presence, and flow is something truly special, and we’re beyond excited to have her with us in Brazil. 🌿
