My shoulder finally stopped being dramatic…

It’s been 3 months since a bad cartwheel left me with a traumatic rotator cuff strain and an impinged shoulder! It’s been 3 long months with pain, limited mobility, zero strength in the arm, and pure frustration.

But mostly it’s been 3 months without cartwheeling. Finally they are back, and even better than before!!

Next up is getting the handstand back!

1 or 2? 🌀

The goal was to do it with no hands, look graceful and make it look effortless. The reality was that doing all three at once was pretty hard 😂 but I think this time I kinda made it work 💃🏻 This is an original combo I created and I’m still playing with the details, trying to make it feel as clean as it looks in my head✨

Now I’d love to see you guys try it too 👀 If you give it a go, please tag me so I can see your version 🫶🏻
