POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

🎥 Welcome back to 5 Good Minutes!
We’re excited to continue our series by highlighting another organization that brings inspiration, inclusion, and opportunity to our community.

This week, we sat down with Coach Mimi Washington of the Rolling Thunder Run Team (@rollingthunderct). Rolling Thunder Run Team is a nonprofit organization dedicated to creating an inclusive running experience for athletes with special needs. Through teamwork, encouragement, and perseverance, they empower athletes to build confidence, stay active, and achieve goals both on and off the course.

Join us for five inspiring minutes as Coach Mimi shares the heart behind the team, the impact it has on its athletes and families, and the joy that comes from crossing every finish line together.

Stay tuned for more stories that celebrate the people and organizations helping our communities shine. 🌟
