thank you to @happyfarminghills @hoopatribe horse and @apiihaia for the best north american event, @orangatangwheels @loadedboards @dusty_ham for always supporting me, and all of my friends and family that i love dearly. i always get the question “when will you stop skateboarding?” and my only answer to them is “when it kills me” or something else, which is possible but until then ill keep on keepin’ on. no esperaría que la gente que no patina entendiera las emociones que uno siente sobre esta estúpida tabla. solo espero que puedan sentir esas mismas emociones a través de otras actividades. si les paso este evento, no se les pase el año que viene. my biggest thank you to patricio and kylie for being there for me during a traumatic moment. i’m so glad to have y’all in my life.

Here’s a late post about my time in the US. There is lots to love in this life.

Managed to go P4 in racing at both maryhill and Hoopa. I have lots of work to do yet but I’m stoked about my steady progression. Gb downhill

ROTR 2026

Extremely grateful to the people of Hoopa Valley for welcoming us and allowing us to skate, camp, and experience this magical valley.

As an ambassador for @loadedboards and @orangatangwheels, having the opportunity to spend a few days among leaders, innovators, artists, musicians, entrepreneurs, creators, athletes, and Olympians opened my eyes to just how large and diverse our skate and gravity sports community really is.

Regardless of what we ride—wheel, board, luge, inline, box car, bike, or anything else—we’re all here because of a shared love for gravity sports.

But more importantly, we’re a collective of people from different backgrounds and disciplines, coming together to coexist with peace, respect, and appreciation for the communities and places that allow us to do what we love.

Much love and respect to Hoopa Valley and to the organizers who built bridges between so many worlds and brought us together as one—ROTR.

Hoopa was short but extremely sweet for me. I've been in a transitional phase of my life for some time now and have found my time and attention splintered away from where they used to be focused. Skateboarding has been one of those things. Coming back to hoopa reminded me why some things in life shouldn't change. I'll be around more.

work is love made visible!!

in a world thats mega cooked, is experiencing joy an act of resistence? i think so. not hedonism but something that feels like dappled light and holding hands and meals made from scratch.

in the same breath, i dont think you can have joy without work. not "you don't get to experience joy until you work", but moreso it takes work to create joy.

i just spent three weeks hosting people, traveling, skating, camping and driving across california. i experienced things and made memories that i and others will hold very dearly. it took work from a lot of people to make it happen.

hella groupchats across multiple apps. putting money down on things we'll never get paid back for. hours mapping out camping sites, late night calls, building bridges across communities, renting vans, finding volunteers. it takes traveling across oceans, forests, cities, and suburbs. it takes risk and bravery and thoughtfulness. and i would do it all again.

so many names come to mind, but thanks to @happyfarminghills @dukmus67 the volunteers, and the hoopa tribe for making @rollingontheres happen. thanks to @kevin_sotb and @fujiyujiyama who helped log countless hours coordinating #calivibin5. thank you @karnaasada for being an excellent copilot. thanks to the queerooni and the japanese homies and @baysessions2 and so many others for going out of their way to be here and experience joy together.

shoutout to those who help make joy happen for others, and shoutout those who came thru to experience real joy. blessed are those who pursue it and blessed are those who help others experience it.
