POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

Highlights vs Santeri Lilius from August, despite dropping a close decision this match has given me huge confidence going forward knowing I can hang with the beat. Great match against a great competitor. 👹 #grappling #wrestling #bjj #jiujitsu #leglocks

32 years old now, and 16 years old in the second photo - with absolutely no idea what Jiu Jitsu even was.

I never really knew what I wanted to be growing up, but I always knew I loved sport. I played rugby, did athletics, and even tore my ACL along the way.

At 21, I started training Jiu Jitsu - without an ACL, somehow. Six months into training, I had surgery, kept going, and now, 11 years later, here we are.

From a 16-year-old kid playing the drums, to a full time grappler and 10 time Polaris veteran.

Funny where life takes you when you don’t have a clue where you’re going.

Polaris 39 highlights ☠️ - nice to be able to get 15 minutes on the mat against another high level opponent and show the evolution of my game. Can’t wait for the next @polaris_professional ☠️👹 #grappling #wrestler #bjj #jiujitsu #leglocks

I think I managed to prove I am more than just a social media grappler last night. I had a game plan and I stuck to it, winning all three rounds convincingly. Thank you to @polaris_professional for the opportunity and to George for being a great opponent, it takes two to tango.

Thank you to everyone who supports me through and through, thank you to my team for helping me get where I am and thank you to @beccalouisetattoo for the unwavering support and love and being my number one training partner. 🫶🏼🖤

Thanks to all my sponsors tagged too! 🫶🏼

And finally thank you to @declan_moody and @rileydanielsmma for being the best corner team, it helped a lot.

@leehamiltoncooper the goat with the sick shots. 📸

ROLL MODELS BJJ COMP!

What a day at the Roll Models BJJ Competition!

We were there vending Scrubmission BJJ Soap, meeting loads of awesome grapplers, coaches and teams, and helping people stay fresh before and after getting stuck into the action.

It’s always great being around the BJJ community and seeing the effort, passion and intensity that goes into competition day.

A massive thank you to everyone who stopped by the stall, grabbed some soap, had a chat and supported Scrubmission.

And of course, respect to everyone who stepped on the mats and put it all on the line.

Train hard. Roll hard. Stay clean.

🥇1 gold 🥈1 silver @rollmodelsbjj over the weekend.

✌️Happy with the day, lessons learned too. I haven't been able to compete since April, so I decided to jump into a competition to see where I’m at physically, what better way to know where I stand!

Like my coach @base9zayd said to me, we'll never be 100%. I'm always happy regardless of the result, especially when I'm going up against the bigger guys to test my level.

👌Great respectful opponents as always at Roll Models.
