Stopped at @crafthaus x @bookandthebean for lunch today for the first time!! I wish I hadn’t been working, there’s quite a few beers on the tap list I’d like to try. I’ll have to come back on a weekend for beer and books!! They have a great selection of books; romancw, classics, LGBTQ+, cookbooks and other lifestyle things, and a whole shelf for pretty sprayed edges. My coworker had a coffee with her lunch and said it was great!!

✨HAPPY BIRTHDAY✨

Not only happy birthday to the story that completely changed my world. A love letter to whiskey is a story that truly altered my brain chemistry.

It has brought me so many tears…laughs…and most importantly the friendships from this angsty book that stole my heart.

Also huge happy birthday to the queen of angst herself. One of my favorite authors, and I’ve come to know just an amazing woman all around @kandisteiner

I hope you celebrate YOU today!!! 37 is it babe! Welcome to the crew 😉

✨SUNDAY FUNDAY✨

Here’s a little non bookish funny content. Cause I finally have a night home with the hubby and this is what I make him do.

Always down for the cause.

Now the true ❓
Can you pass a maturity test?
Am I just a child?

Happy Sunday babes, I hope this made you laugh.

✨️ 𝙐𝙨 𝙄𝙣 𝙏𝙧𝙤𝙥𝙚𝙨 ✨️

This trend started after my wedding anniversary, but today marks 20 years since two naive 16 year olds said yes to becoming boyfriend and girlfriend.

Looking back on our time in the last 20 years is insane. From two teenagers flirting in Spanish class, to then starting a relationship from five simple words "Will you go out with me?" Now we are grown adults who have grown up together, fell in and out of love with one another, and now raising two children. We have traveled the world, experienced some dark times, and a life only a few people would understand and I wouldn't trade any moment.

My husband and I definitely opposites. He is likes the outdoors, video games, and is more a hermit. Me, I am girly, love to read, and love to have more social times with people.

He is also the grumpy hermit to my more sunshine (still have bad rbf and can sometimes be a black cat) personality.

We also went through a separation at one point before we got married, but I always say it was for the best. We were young (18 &19) and needed that time apart to know who we wanted to be with in life before just settling and questioning it one day. So while that was one of my most heartbreaking moments, I still am thankful we learned that what we really wanted was each other.

As for military life, well it's been a ride for the last 17 years and it has taken us all over the world but also allowed us to find life long friends.

Also thought it would be fun to throw in pics of us dressed up in different costumes over the years since it's October.

Two decades in and still a life time more to go 💙💙

✨MAKE ME HATE YOU✨

Happy Release Day to our favorite angst queen @kandisteiner

MMHY is the definition of ANGST…

When Jasmine comes back to town for her bestfriends wedding, she knows she’s going to be seeing the one person who changed her whole life…

Tyler…her bestfriends brother and the guy who broke her heart into a million places.

No biggie right?

This book had me so in my feels…because what do you mean..one event changed the whole trajectory of my life. If one conversation would have went differently I might never of known the life I do.

Ultimately this book was everything we love about Kandi stories. Also did I mention Kandi made one of the best playlists I’ve seen put together for a book!

The angst (naturally) the heart break, and the way she always puts our heart back together.

HAPPY RE-RELEASE DAY TO KANDI!! So so proud of you…and i cannot wait for all the ways you’re going to make me cry this next year or releases!!

✨Thank you so much @arndellbooks for gifting me this stunning MMHY pr box! That @wellreadcandlecompany is EVERYTHING
