Who else thought they were just picking up a new hobby to get more exercise when they started playing pickleball?? 🙋‍♀️🥲

I’ve met more people playing this sport in two years than I probably have in the entirety of my thirties! 💕 There is just something about this sport that turns strangers into family faster than anything else I’ve experienced!

I know I’m not alone in this! Tag your Court Sisters (or brothers! 🕺) who make every rally feel like a party! 🥳🥳🥳

💫May Reflections💫

I just finished cataloging all my May experiences and activities and what I looking at is a page full of consistent love, strengthening bonds, joyful mini-adventures and just the right amount of risk taking 💫💫💫

6 girl dates, 4 solo dates, 1 moms night out, my kindergarteners graduation, my baby’s 3rd birthday, 3 friends’ bdays, MLP opener, my first ticketed pickleball event, 2 pickleball parties, Mother’s Day, a few first dates, first pool day of the summer, first 3.5+ tournament and so much more ☀️☀️☀️

What’s not pictured… boundaries that I was given an opportunity to practice setting. And I say “practice” because it wasn’t / isn’t easy to hold them. And I certainly regressed a few times. But after writing down everything that brought me joy this month, I know sticking to them has provided the space and energy for me to let more love in 💕💕💕

If you’re struggling with setting or sticking to a boundary… please know that just because it’s hard doesn’t mean you’re not doing the right thing. And if you can just hang in there a little longer, you’ll see your world open up just a bit more to more aligned experiences and people!! ONE DAY AT A TIME! 🫶🏼
