Find the “thing” that sets your soul on fire and then gather the tools and education to help you achieve it.
Make the time
Make the effort
If you fail, try again and again and again…..

When I chose to try pole dance, in 20I9, I could not lift my feet off the ground. But I never let age, or anything detour me.
It took me years of consistent practice and my path looked very different than others… for instance, it took me 4 years to invert!
How did I do it? Finally?
It took a village: friends, pole community, my amazing coach, Neo @ptthepole , my best friend, Herdis @herdisjenssen_poledancer, my Doc @romealone ,
Ember Movement Studio @ember.tn

Find your circle of supports to help you on your journey…
Whatever that may be and keep going. 💪

In my humble opinion, you don’t have to know HOW to dance to move your body.
If you have any doubt…look a child who hears music for the first time…. They just move and it’s beautiful.
🥰

I hope you find time to FREESTYLE.🙏❤️

Studying zapped every ounce of my energy, but no matter how mentally and physically exhausted I feel…when Ian Shaw @ianshawjazz hits my playlist…. It’s time to close the books and dance.
I love his songs….😘
