Academy is back in full swing. Been getting after it for a couple of months💪

Early off-season = build the lean muscle needed to create more force later, and ultimately turn that force into Max Power Output.

Most of our athletes are already at or above their Target Goal Weight, allowing us to micro-dose speed-strength year-round even during hypertrophy phases.

This is an example Group 5 Lower Body Lift. The main goal here is teaching our athletes to go from 0–100 as fast as possible. This allows us to produce force suddenly and explosively, improving our ability to express force as power on the field💪🏼

Why We Train Rotational Power 🔥

The PureTorque single-arm rotation is a staple in TeamCoachSchu training because nearly every athlete needs rotational power.

This movement teaches athletes to create force from the ground, rotate through the hips and core, and transfer that power through the upper body.

Whether they’re throwing, swinging, hitting, serving, or changing direction, stronger rotation helps create a more explosive, efficient, and powerful athlete.

We don’t just train muscles—we train the entire kinetic chain.
