The last 6 weeks in Ecuador have felt like the best fever dream. When I'm here, everything just feels right. From the Amazon to the Choco-Andino, to Otavalo, Mindo, Quito y el Paramo, en cada instante he estado rodeado de amor y alegría. Thank you to everyone, friends and family, who made this journey so memorable :) Tomorrow begins the next chapter of 2026 but I'm already missing this wonderful country.

May there always be spicy salsa verde and fresh roasted jalapenos.
May there always be guitar callouses on the pads of my fingers.
May there always be babies cooing and kicking at the cool morning air.
May there always be tall fires in wide stone pits.
May there always be yarrow and sassafras and plantain.
May there always be pink lemonade colored maple moths.
May there always be the sound of laughter emanating from the next room.
May there always be dry blankets and down pouring rains.
May there always be butterfly trails and milkweed.
May there always be beautiful Indian women dancing. May there always be handsome Indian men singing.
May there always be tobacco wrapped in licorice paper and sage wrapped in cotton fabric.

May all of us be like this, always.
