Oye, tú sabes que brillas ♡
brillabrillabrilla out now!

I started this track around Christmas 2023 in Medellín. I was there on a family trip and completely fell in love with the city’s energy, so I just wanted to make some banging perreo. Then I left it sitting in a folder for almost a year.

Later, I added the vocals because I needed an intro for a show I played in Madrid at the end of 2024, but it still sounded kind of lo-fi. I kept coming back to it over and over again, but could never really figure out the breakdown. Then, as the project naturally started moving into more dance-oriented spaces, and as I started DJing more and more, everything suddenly clicked.

So in a way, this feels like the first real track after a long process of trial and error trying to figure out the sonic identity of dieglitter.

This is the beginning of many releases coming this year, and things are finally starting to make sense. Two more tracks coming in hot next month.

It’s also the start of an ongoing series called (you guessed it) brillabrillabrilla. Because in dark times like these, at least we can remind the people we love that they shine and that they’re great.

Hit play, enjoy, dance y perrea.
