4. wall facing leg lift offs
5. bisschen basic strength gab’s auch
6. die eigentliche chefin

probier’s aus! :)

THIS IS YOUR SIGN!
Der Weg von der OP zurück ins Studio - hard work pays off, presented by @romyyjacobs 🥹🩷

so proud of you already & we are not done yet!

we are still reeling from the experience!
our @enzocrew_official , @primo.dancecrew & @ap_dnc_company took to the @danceworldcup stages and danced their hearts out.

representing a part of team austria they performed 11 group pieces as well as numerous solos/duos and landed several placements within the top 10.

stay tuned for the choreo videos and enjoy the look behind the scenes🫶🏼

we can’t wait for lisbon 2027

OVERHEAD STABILITY 🧑‍🩰🧑‍🩰🧑‍🩰

So here is what we did:
1. warm up: ski erg, inch worms, aussenrotation mit band
2. high plank row
3. overhead press + overhead carry
