~First Father’s Day 🧑‍🧑‍🧒~
Is already difficult to imagine you before meeting our daughter…since she arrive to our lives you haven’t stopped smiling every time you look at her.

I have lost count of how many times I have found her asleep in your arms.

Happy 1st Father’s Day my love ❤️🥹###

Coach said: “Bring anything but a water bottle.”

OFC said: challenge accepted.

The gym understood the assignment, showed up, and delivered the chaos. This is what happens when community, creativity, and a little bit of madness come together.

Only at OFC.

At Optimal Fitness Community we don’t just train for the week. We finish it strong.

Every workout is a chance to build more strength, more endurance, more confidence, and more discipline. The people who see results are the people who keep showing up — even when they’re tired, busy, or unmotivated.

Show up. Put in the work. Build the version of yourself you keep talking about.

Your next level is earned, not given.

HYROX Miami weekend recap 🌴🔥

This wasn’t just a race—it was 8K of grit, 8 stations of resilience, and countless moments where quitting would’ve been easier… but we didn’t.

We showed up at one of the most intense fitness stages in the world and gave EVERYTHING—every rep, every stride, every ounce of heart.

Proud doesn’t even begin to cover it. This team showed what it means to push limits, embrace the grind, and rise when it gets uncomfortable.

No shortcuts. No excuses. Just work.

And this is only the beginning 💥
