g-o-o-d-b-y-e 🐝♥️ | a week ago today we said farewell to @spellingbeenyc and oh boy (& oh girl) do i miss it. what a fantastic, exhausting, ever-changing adventure it was. i could not be more thankful to the beautiful team that made it happen each day, and for the magic created on stage every show. i could write a novel of all the things i learned, and how special this experience was for me, but for now ill say: i love you & good bee💕

send this play to 10 of your friends
A new horror play about two sisters left alone with the internet.

Left to entertain themselves while waiting for their mom to return from work, Jordan and Ellie navigate video games, social media, and viral videos. What begins as a regular night gradually becomes more unsettling as noises from somewhere in the house interrupt their evening and the boundary between their screens and the world around them begins to blur.

📢 UPDATE: Now a fully staged production!

🎭 October 10–12, 2026
📍 147 W 25th St, Floor 5 @maggieflaniganstudio

Children and Screens is The Ephemeral Players’ donation recipient for this event. A portion of event proceeds will be donated to support their work addressing media’s impact on child development.

You have been warned.
