My journey so far…

What’s your language?

Painting, sculpting, photography, dance, drawing, songwriting, poetry, the list goes on. All have a different style, a different meaning, a different creator yet they all speak the same language.

No matter where you come from, what language you speak or way of life you live. Art affects us all in a profound amount of ways.

I am fortunate enough to call photography my art and my passion. Through my lens, I get the chance to show you how I see the world. To evoke questions and intrigue, to create awe and wonder.

Through my lens you see a journey. Not just of my work but of myself. As when I grow so do my images. They change, mould, adapt and follow my life in a sort of symmetry.

Art is an expression of openness and vulnerability which should be explored and celebrated more now then ever before.

So I ask, what’s your art language?

Wellness Afternoon Recap ☁️

What a beautiful reminder that healing happens in community

Our last wellness afternoon was an intentional space to slow down, reconnect and come back home to ourselves — even if just for a few hours.

These afternoons are never just about the practices…
they’re about the conversations, the shared energy, the feeling of being surrounded by people choosing presence, health and balance.

Thank you to every single person who showed up with an open heart 🤍

WHAT’S NOT HAPPENING AT THIS WORKSHOP

NO juice cleanses.
NO ice baths.
NO manifesting circles.
NO 5am wake-up calls.
NO trying to fix your whole life in one afternoon.

Just two hours to actually understand how your body WORKS — and what to do about it 🤍

THE MID-YEAR RESET 📍 Soul Agenda, Balmain 🗓 Saturday May 16 · 2–4pm

WHAT WE ARE DOING 👇🏽
🤍 LYMPHATIC DRAINAGE techniques you’ll take home for life — @detoxifybyrachael
🤍 My 2 NON-NEGOTIABLES + 6 Pillars of Health — @rosewellbydrjade
🤍 GUT HEALTH truth-telling — @floraandcowellness
🤍 NERVOUS SYSTEM reset yoga — @roni.flows
🤍 COLLAGEN maple matcha — @thecollagenlab
🤍 100g grass-fed, grass-finished, chemical-free cooking tallow from @loved.by.leli in your goodie bag 🔥

Speaking of that GOODIE BAG — every woman walks out with one. And it’s not samples and flyers. It’s products we’d actually BUY ourselves ✨

🌹 MOTHER’S DAY OFFER still live. Bring your mum — or the woman who POURED into you — for FREE. ALMOST GONE.

This isn’t a wellness event that tells you to RELAX.
It’s two hours that teach you to REGULATE.
There’s a difference. And your body knows it 🤍

We SOLD OUT our last workshop in weeks 🤍

And the women who came told us the same thing — “I didn’t know how much I NEEDED that.”

So we’re doing it again. Bigger. Better. With guests we’d fly across the world to learn from.

THE MID-YEAR RESET 📍 Soul Agenda, Balmain 🗓 Saturday May 16 · 2–4pm

But this time we wanted to do something DIFFERENT ✨
This Sunday is MOTHER’S DAY.

And if we’re being honest — our mums are the reason we do what we do. They held everything together. They put everyone first. They sacrificed their health, their energy, their rest — and most of them have NEVER sat in a room designed to pour back into them.

SO HERE IS THE OFFER👇🏽
🌹 Buy a ticket before May 10 🌹 Bring your mum — or the woman who POURED into you — for FREE 🌹 First 5 only. Once they’re gone, they’re gone.

Give her an afternoon she didn’t have to organise, plan, or ask for. Two hours of LYMPHATIC DRAINAGE, nervous system regulation, gut health education, yoga, collagen matcha from @thecollagenlab, and a goodie bag she’ll actually use.

WHAT’S INSIDE:

🤍 Lymphatic drainage techniques for home — taught by @detoxifybyrachael
🤍 2 NON-NEGOTIABLES + 6 Pillars of Health — @rosewellbydrjade
🤍 Gut health truth-telling — @floraandcocolonics
🤍 Nervous system reset yoga — @roni.flows
🤍 Collagen maple matcha — @thecollagenlab
🤍 Curated goodie bag for every woman in the room

16 seats left. That’s it.

This isn’t just a workshop. It’s an afternoon she’ll REMEMBER 🤍
$150 · Mum comes FREE (first 5 before May 10) Tickets → link in bio

DO THIS TONIGHT before bed 👇🏽

Legs up the wall. 5-10 minutes. No equipment. No app. No subscription.

It’s one of the most POWERFUL things you can do for your lymphatic system — and @detoxifybyrachael just showed you exactly how and why 🤍

Rachael is teaching a full library of techniques like this on May 16 at THE MID-YEAR RESET — and this time she’s doing it alongside me, @floraandcocolonics , @roni.flows , and @thecollagenlab ✨

And because MOTHER’S DAY is this weekend — we’re doing something we’ve never done before 🌹

Buy a ticket before May 10. Bring your mum — or the woman who POURED into you — for FREE.

First 5 only. No exceptions.

Because our mums are the original PERFORMING WOMEN.

They held everything together before anyone gave it a name. They sacrificed their health, their sleep, their energy — and most of them have never sat in a room designed to pour back into THEM.

This is that room 🤍

What’s your TOXIC TRAIT? We’ll go first 🌹

🤯Asking for one’s opinion and choosing the opposite (we know you do it too 😜)
🧠 Nervous system stuck on FIGHT-OR-FLIGHT.
💊 Buying supplements we don’t take.
🍵 Third matcha before 10am.
🖥️ Googling symptoms at 2am.

Funny until it’s not.

Because every single one of those is a PATTERN — not a personality 🧠
And most high-functioning women we sit across from have been running on a DYSREGULATED nervous system for so long they’ve forgotten what regulated actually feels like.

Here’s the truth no one’s told you 👇🏽
It doesn’t matter what you supplement. How clean you eat. How early you wake up.
If your nervous system is still running the show — you’re MULTIPLYING ZERO.

Regulate first. Then build. That’s THE ORDER.

And that’s exactly what we will teaching on May 16 🤍

✨ THE MID-YEAR RESET

Bits of my first East Coast road trip :) 🚙 🇦🇺 5 days on the road with my lovely Roni, from Airlie beach to Sydney. The trip was nothing but exceptional! Caught up with so many friends along the way (@motta_jaco was kinda following me in every city hihihihi). Slept in a van for the first time in Gold Coast and had so much fun every day!!!!!!!!!!! We didn’t plan anything, accomodation was something we were looking while driving from one place to another, we just knew which cities we wanted to see ( Agnes Water, Noosa, Sunshine Coast, Gold Coast and Byron Bay) but going with the flow is the best thing EVERRRR ✨
