Let’s take a little interruption from yoga and reiki and bring some dance. 🤗😜 So I’ve been taking a hip hop class with @ali2255 at @dancefixstudio and I can’t tell you how much I love it. Dance has always been such a huge part of my life. Teaching Zumba and always moving it’s the way I drop into my feminine energy and pleasure. 💕🌊And starting classes again after not taking classes for years, hasn’t been easy. My body has changed also sometimes my confidence isn’t there. I forget the steps a lot and then even blank out because of nerves lol. But I’m persisting and look forward to continue growing in my dance journey. It’s also a practice of ahimasa- in yoga we’ll call non-violence. (Being kind to myself and where I am in journey) I know that with anything it takes time and patience and grace with myself. Thank you Alice for creating a fun and safe space for dance and for my dance friends for always cheering me on. Roni you inspired me to create this. 🫶🏽🙏🏽💃
