POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

We’ve been thinking about this a lot lately.

We know so much about each other now.
Where we are, what we’re doing, what we’re eating, what we’re thinking.

And somehow… I’m not sure we actually feel any closer.

Maybe connection was never about knowing more.
Maybe it’s about being there more.

That’s a big part of why we’re building Inigo.
A place to practice being alive, together🤍

So… we keep talking about Inigo. But what do you actually DO there?
We talk a lot about being present, practicing together and creating more meaningful connections but what does that actually look like?
It’s pretty simple.
You find a practice.
You take a few minutes for yourself.
You share a moment, a thought, a photo or a reflection.
You see what the people around you are practicing.
And little by little, showing up becomes something we do together.
No pressure to be “good” at it.
No need to have it all figured out.
Just a place to practice being alive, together. 🌱
Here’s how to get started ↓

When life gets busy, what happens to your meditation practice?

[It’s the first thing to go]
[I somehow keep it going]

Want to practice with us?

The Five Tibetan Rites are a short sequence of five movements designed to move the whole body, connect with the breath and create a simple moment of presence.

If you’re new to the practice, begin with 3 repetitions of each movement and build gradually. Move slowly, stay within a comfortable range and pause if you feel dizzy or uncomfortable.

Save this reel so you can return to it tomorrow.

Who’s joining us? 🌿

I’ve had this same conversation with more people than I can count.

They tell me:
“I don’t know how to meditate. Every time I try, I can’t stop my thoughts completely so I just stopped trying.”

That moment of noticing isn’t a failure. It’s the moment the practice begins.

They weren’t doing it wrong.

Your mind is designed to think. Meditation isn’t about forcing it into silence; it’s about noticing when your attention has wandered and gently returning.

Some days may feel calm. Others may feel restless, emotional or messy. Both are part of the practice.

Meditation isn’t a performance. You don’t have to clear your mind or create a perfectly peaceful experience.

You only have to notice, and return.

Believing you needed to “stop thinking” ever made you give up on meditation?
