2017-2019 two US open of surfing victories for me those years and a couple of my best competitive surfing results! I’ve been loving having the @usopenofsurf on our tv non stop and decided to do a throw back. The love for competing has never left my heart; I love the game, the hard work, the team behind the scenes and the unseen heroics that go into to being the best in an event. What a wild ride 12 years of competing was! Maybe my son will love surfing one day, maybe he won’t… but I sure will be happy if he can chase his dreams as committed and in love with his passion as much as his dad @danielnorris18 and I have! I can’t remember who took what photos here but I know @williekessel @jimmicane @tsherms have some! @wsl @markdimophoto

Another unforgettable stretch at the US Open of Surfing! From early mornings to late nights, nonstop laughs, thousands of steps, endless wristbands, countless selfies, and the daily question… “Can you get me into VIP?” 😂

One of my favorite traditions every year is opening up our house for our annual US Open staff BBQ. After long days at the beach, it’s always great to get everyone together, relax, eat, laugh, and make even more memories. It’s become one of the best parts of US Open week. ❤️🏡🍔🌭

So grateful for the friendships, the reunions, the new faces, and the organized chaos that somehow keeps us coming back year after year. My camera roll is officially out of control, my feet are begging for mercy, and my voice is hanging on by a thread… but I wouldn’t trade it for anything.

Three more days to go! Let’s finish strong and make a few more memories before we call it another incredible US Open. 🤙🌴☀️
