Was ihr sonst seht: die Turns, die Fortschritte, die guten Momente. 🌊🏄🏼‍♀️

Was ihr nicht immer seht:
Fallen. Aufstehen. Wieder fallen. Und manchmal einfach komplett durch die Welle fliegen. 😂

Nicht alles klappt. Nicht jeder Tag ist ein Fortschritt.
Und meine Einschränkungen sind auch dann da, wenn man sie auf den „guten“ Videos vielleicht nicht sieht.

Aber genau darum geht’s für mich:
Nicht darauf zu warten, dass wieder alles perfekt ist – sondern mit dem, was möglich ist, das Leben wieder zu erleben. 🤍

Aus meinen Einschränkungen das Beste machen.
Spaß haben. Fallen. Lachen. Wieder aufs Brett.
Und einfach LEBEN. 🌊

First Community Jam @rheinriff.sports is in the books! 🏄‍♀️🫶💯

Great Format, great Community & great Vibes 🤙

It wasn't easy going into the competition as the favorite, especially since the girls are getting better and better. It was great mindset training on the road to the European Championships.
