This event felt so special ❤️ I was lucky enough to be asked by the #phoenixvillejuneteenth committee to make food for this year’s celebration I did some classic charcuterie but got to add some dishes with traditional ingredients like a beet & black bean dip, sweet potato hummus, and a southern style black eyed pea salad When they said they wanted desserts, my first call was to my good friend at @rooftopcookieco 🍪 No one does a cookie better! The whole day was filled with great food, great community, and great music! #theboardmillennial #rooftopcookieco #juneteenth2026

Saw a horse and buggy on the side of the road… thought he ran out of gas. Turns out he was just selling cookies. Checked on him like ‘you good?’ He said ‘yeah I’m open.’ 😂
